Question on seasonal banners

So with New Years round 2 on the way and most likely Valentine's round 2 in February, I started to wonder what's gonna happen when Spring comes around for round 3. Obviously round 2 will likely get a rerun but what about round 1?Just a plain rerun? A CYL style pick one for free kind of thing? Or do you think they might try giving the 1st year seasonal units prf weapons and refines? Just something I was wondering is all.

That's an interesting idea, I mean the idea of a new game mode is a little sketchy given the whole Aether Raids thing, though hopefully by year 4 or 5, things will have gotten much better.

Probably just rerun everything. Or maybe they'll put all the old units in one banner with a high pull rate and summoner tickets. Could be anything. I doubt they'll give out any seasonals for free though.

Yeah, but considering these banners get rerun for another shot at selling orbs to people, the 3rd or 4th run of the same banner should probably add something to entice people, especially considering the quality of seasonal units back in year 1 compared to now.

I guess it's quite possible that they plan to bring in the mass demotion that needs to take place with the changes to the merge system. That could leave us with the season 1 seasonals entering the common pool as 5* and 4/5* star units. Hopefully units like Spring Xander just go straight to 3/4* though because no one wants to be pity broken by his smug face and ridiculous outfit.
