Question regarding some builds.

Hello, i am new around here and i would like to know from you lovely people how i can build the following units to be "good" or atleast decent since i am not really a PvP guy and mostrly PvE.

L! Robin -atk +res
Zelgius -atk +spd

I know for a fact that -atk will never be ideal, but in the other hand i just want to know the optimal build (or best one) for the units with this IVs

Zelgius is great the way he comes. You really don't need any SI to make him good.

I have no idea how to build L!Robin (aka F!Grima).

Yes, but because Zelgius is so good, he will be well worth the effort to build him anyway. IVs rarely ruin a character, contrary to what a lot of people seem to think.

I have the same IV of L! Robin. I'm thinking that I'll just use her for arena bonus when she's available for it, and arena assault. QR2 + Moonbow + Reposition on top of her base kit is fine for such a role, preferably with either Close or Distant Def seal. If you want to seriously build her for arena, chain challenges, and special maps, you might consider using a flyer buff for a flyer emblem team or dragon buffs for a dragon emblem team. QR is still a good idea, but the 3rd iteration would be a little better for arena scoring. Aether is an option, might let her survive a little longer and last for a third combat. I would say buffs for and from her allies would be the most important thing for using her effectively. She needs high mixed bulk, particularly with that IV, to be of much use, since she has no color advantage to take advantage of whatsoever. Or a healer to keep her going, maybe for Chain Challenges.

Thanks for your relpy, Vash. I will definitely be using her and like you said res being her superboon its always nice for arena score. I already gave her aether from one of my Chroms and will definitely use her on a flier emblem team that i am almost with but i still dont know which units to use. I got NY Azura, F Morgan (dont have Summer Robin) L Robin and who else could fit the last spot? I need a good red unit, would love for Elincia to be that unit.
