A question on the Dance skills (geyser dance, blaze dance, etc.)

So, here's an odd question. The B slot skills corresponding to dance, (geyser dance, blaze dance, gale dance) can be inherited by anyone who does not use a staff. This is very odd, since by all means the only ones who should be able to use it are the dancers themselves (Olivia, Azura, etc.)

The description reads "If Sing or Dance is used, target also granted ____."

So, does that mean that if I put Blaze Dance on, say, an Ike or something, that when he gets danced by Azura that Ike would get the +4 attack boost? He is the target of the dance skill in that instance.

Like I said, I doubt it, but I don't have performing banner units to use on a crazy experiment, and I can't think of a reason to make it inheritable to non-dancers otherwise. Thanks!

You can inherate the skill to a non-dancer, thing that is a little bit silly (I don't want to try is not worth it) but probably yeah he would bet the +4 buff. Who knows.

Yeah, I mean in most cases it's not useful, but I saw someone on an online video with it as a build and I wondered why they'd let you inherit it. Usually there's a better thing for the B slot, but it would be sorta funny, I guess. If you have a Distant Counter team with Geyser Dance and a dancer with Blaze or Gale, they'd get +4 to three stats, and possibly another for a hone.
