Question for Arden

I finally touched my Arden again after giving him a Slaying Edge+. With at Earth Boost and the Close Def Seal, his Ignis deals a disgusting +42 damage on activation. I am really impressed. Now for the question, which refinement should I give him? I am leaning towards Def since Atk is kind of useless unless I plan to give him the Heavy Blade seal and Aether.

Go for def+ refinement, it'll add to his bulk. If you were able to get steady breath, id switch earth boost for that. 2 less def but will charge your proc by 2. 4-2 enemy hit, 2-0 your hit, ready to proc on your 2nd counter hit(both aether and ignis). Id go for close def seal instead of heavy blade, too many atk debuffs out there currently and Arden 50 atk is risking it. Ive made my Arden a monstrous enemy phase tank, so you can check my setup if it helps. Also Bold Fighter 3 can make him a player phase/enemy phase (wont double counter though) tank. Sorry with this wall text, ive been working on his since his TT and is my favorite armor unit. Your build looks good for a ignis nuker.
