Question about +def -spd Lute

So my free summon was both a gift and a curse. I have been looking forward to Lute's release and I pulled one with these horrible IVs. Even though her weapon grants her 3 speed to somewhat patch her bane, will she still be too slow to be an offensive mage? Would a +3 speed sacred seal be enough to make her useable, or should I stick with Attack Ploy seal?

Answers

I won't be using her as a speedy one (mine is +ATK -SPD). Instead I'll give her a breaker bslot and the last ploy as a seal.

She has as much atk as Delthea, which means she most often won't need to double !
