Pulling on Fallen Heroes banner last minute

I spent nearly 140 orbs only to get pity broken by an Oscar and a Marth, so I was really pissed because they could've been Hardin and Celica. I'm F2P, and am really tempted to snipe for Robin with 48 orbs, but I can't decide whether to wait or summon. Is it really worth it?

Will he be a main team unit you will use? If so, I’d say go for it. If not, I’d say don’t do it.

Depends on what you really need. Do you need grima cause you don't have a counter for the meta or just collectibles then snipe for him OR you can not summon and wait for the upcoming new banner that might have better units.
It really depends on you but personally don't summon.
