Pulled two Fallen Robin (M). Both are +HP. What do? Merge?

I got two and both are unfortunately +HP. One is -DEF one is -SPD. Obviously the -SPD option is the way to go. But do I fodder off the Vengeful Fighter to someone? Or is Robin too good to fodder off before I have him at +10.

For looks, here are the build and stats on my current Robin, the -DEF one. I only have a basic build for him with no expensive skills so I can either merge him into the new one or fodder him off. Thoughts?
