Pulled a spare Ninian, merge or inherit?

While pulling for Chrom I got my second (also off focus) Ninian, same nature as my other one. Should I merge them or is there anything worth inheriting about her or her weapon now that dragons have been seriously buffed? I don't have a dragon team, but I was planning to make one eventually.
