Pull or Stop?

On the Legendary Banner I already pulled Ephraim, 2 Brave Ikes, one Summer Corrin, one Summer Gaius, and one Jaffar. Should I keep on trying to pull for Preforming Arts Olivia? I have no dancers right now and my pity percent is at 9%
