PSA: Concerning buffs

I have seen numerous questions to the effect "Does buff X stack with buff Y?" and I mean no offense to those who are asking them. Hopefully this will help to clear things up for others to come. No form of visible buff(ones that turn the stat blue) stack. Only the highest value is applied. The same is true for Debuffs, which turn a stat red. If the buff/debuff says in its description that it applies "During Combat" these are invisible buffs that DO stack.
