Pros v Cons Support (Marth vs Eirika)
Wondering who'd be the better support unit for my team (Neph, Lilina, LA!Hector).
I figure Eirika would be better with her refined prf, but I've constantly heard Marth to be better. What are the differences between the two? Is there a third unit I'm missing who could also throw their helmet into the discussion?
I just acted within your parameters, choosing 1 between Marth and Eirika and choosing an infantry unit to possibly replace Hector (thus I went with green and a unit that has synergy with one of your two choices). When I wrote my response I did it based on the indication that you want 1 of either Marth or Eirika to replace Ike.
If anything I'd like if your team had a healing function and a dancing option. Armor teams should exploit stats (though they have a choice for healer now); cavalry teams can run a healer but without a refresher should probably have pivots on them (defensive walls like Sigurd or Triangle Adept Cecilia) instead of going pure offense, unless they have WT!Reinhardt (who is a pivot by way of an offensive defense); fliers can go all offense but (I think) should run L!Robin if possible.
(Pivots belong on a team because there may be occasions when, with a pure offense team, you can't sweep a team or fully retreat out of harm's way without losing a unit.)
Yeah, Ike is who i intended to replace initially. As I was writing the the post, I was considering keeping Ike for his legendary buffs and allow other units to be replaced. Sorry about that.
That said, I see where you're getting at, I'm going to add Nino to list of future build projects. She'll definitely be fun to run.
Thanks for the additional info, really helpful!
