Which of these units are worth upgrading?

+Speed -Def Caeda (Wing Sword Hype)
+Res -Def Felicia (Felicia's Plate Hype)
+ Attack -HP Fae (don't have enough resources for refining lightning breath since I'm F2P)
+Attack -Speed Leon (Missed NY Corrin, A defensive archer would be nice to have. Leon has a inherited Brave Bow build ready to go.
-Def +Res Mathilda (I Don't have many lance cavaliers at 5 stars)
+Def -Speed Seth (Give him some love and he's a defensive monster)
+Res -Def Priscilla (More healers are nice)

I'm gonna recommend u wait until we get confirmation on what Felicia and Caeda's weapons do. That way we're sure u get the best unit and u wont regret wasting the feathers if the weapon turns out to be total doodoo butts.

If they don't turn out great, who should I promote then?

The problem is that if you don't have enough resources, most of the units you mentioned would end up being kinda mediocre. The most useful ones I think would be Fae (but she really, really wants a weapon refinement) and Leon mainly because of his Atk boon and because Brave Bow archers tend to be extremely helpful in GHBs/BHBs. All the other ones really need refinement+quite a bit of SI to actually stand out.

I have a bunch of them inherited already.
