Effie +spd/-def
Titania +atk/-def
Laslow is silver sword fodder for Seth +spd/-res
Roderick is lance fodder for Catria +atk/-res
Valter neutral
Cordelia +hp/-spd
Clarisse neutral
Setsuna +spd/-hp (no brave bow atm)
Ursula neutral (mostly cause my only other blue mage is robin)
Michalis neutral

I would say valter would probably be the best investment out of those units, having a pretty well rounded stat spread, being fairly physically tanky, and solid atk/spd. He can be built quite a few different ways as a result.

Though ursula has been working quite well for me as my blade tome cavalry mage. Been using her and xander to wreck things like TT.
