Promote or wait?

So I rolled a 4* -atk +def Roy and a 4* -atk +hp Seliph and the only good red unit that I have is Eirika but just as a buffer, so I wanted to know if it is worth it to promote Roy or Seliph? Or maybe wait to see if Zephiel is better or just wait for Xander?

Roy and Seliph aren't that good to promote with terrible IVs, you should wait for better units. Eirika is much better than both of them though, you should be fine with her.

If you're having a tough time with green units, then you could consider giving Erika Triangle Adept. Makes her a good green killer, and she can still buff up your team. Just be careful to keep her away from those blues.
