Problems with the Log-In bonus

So on the schedule thing that was published a while ago there was this version update log-in bonus that was supposed to last until the 22 of September, but I have been unable to recieve it. I have not had any trouble with the new heroes one. Is it just a log-in bonus without orbs? Or maybe it already ended and the schedule was wrong; I hope it's not an issue actually retrieving the bonus...

Unfortunately the orb bonus is limited to a total of 10 rewards maximum. This means that once you have received all of them, you will no longer get any more.

The extra amount of time is aimed to give the player more flexibility and leeway, allowing them to miss a couple of days and still receive all the bonus orbs (if they have enough days to collect them).
