Premium fodder that I don't know what to with. Suggestions?

I have some premium fodder I'm willing to inherit but I don't know who to give it to. I would love to hear some suggestions. The fodder units in question are Luke for panic ploy, Hardin for bold fighter, Dorcas for infantry pulse and Takumi for close counter. Are there any worthwhile builds I should try? I'd appreciate any help!

Keep the dorcas, fodder Luke to Arden, Hardin to *insert armour here* and use takumi to finish a unit

Close Counter can be a good skill for a ranged merge project. 3*-4* Units that can be effective with it are Boey, Saizo, M!Robin, Henry, and Leon.

Bold Fighter is good on Halloween Jakob if you have him

Panic Ploy isn’t rly worth it as fodder due to it being a seal

Suggestions? Give them to me.

I suggest that if you dont know what to do with them you leave them alone and dont fodder them off. Just because you have good fodder doesn't mean you need to use it right away.
