Preforming Shigure Ideas?

It depends on his IVs. I'd personally give him Wings of Mercy. While he can deal some damage out, he's also a singer, and his defense and resistance are not high at all, and neither is his speed, so he'll have very high chances of death if he gets attacked.

If you want him to be able to deal damage more "reliably", then I'd probably just give him Life and Death as well as a Speed +3 seal.

Or you can go with chip damage and make his C and Seal slot Savage Blow.

With my shigure i keep geyser dance, put hone atk in C and hone spd in S slot, that way he can buff 4 stats to his allies.
Fury in A and Glimmer as special.

Is useful if you want to bait the enemy or buff bladetomes users.
