as a fellow F2P, if you really wanna benefit for the long run, you are generally best off saving the 20k feathers needed to 5-stara unit for perfect IVs even if it takes longer but if heh's already 5-star he'll be better than his sister 9 times out of ten even without the +attack IV.

Dude, if he's a 5*, literally all he needs is deathblow 3 and luna. That's it. With that, and someone buffing him with hone cavalry, he becomes so ridiculously overpowered. For reference, I'm in tier 18. I run a team of Reinhardt, Xander, Azura and a bonus hero, which is 5* Alfonse this season. I just completed my deathless run, and LITERALLY THE ONLY DAMAGE I TOOK was fury recoil on Xander, and baiting Ninos with Xander. Oh, and one time Azura fought an Ike and took 15. That's it. Reinhardt is ridiculous.

To be honest, it doesn't matter what IVs Reinhardt is as long as it isn't -Att. Death Blow combined with Luna and Cavalry buffs make him a monster, even without beneficial IVs

First off, Owlen is literally way better than rainhardt if you let her have blarblade+ (mine is -atk + spd)

Second, Rainhardt is a terrific character and its really a shame you have a speed bane because I get my Reinhardt to 37 speed for the quads. if he had a boon he could get to 40 but with your bane he will be only 34 with 2 goads and a hone.....
34 isn't good as he isn't the best baiter either. I would suggest you go Death>L&D in this case as he will still be a good unit.... I mean I wouldn't save the feathers but thats because I just get a tone form evenets and arena already.
