I'm tired of the "looks like a 10 year old, but is like thousands of years old" trope that FE uses for the majority of their dragons...

Meanwhile Tellius did it way better, but we don't have any of them. Where they aged like humans until they matured, then they age super slow. So even if they were hundreds of years old, they at least looked like adults!

Why is this a problem? No one in their right mind would sexualise these characters. Maybe I'm heavily understimating how degenerate the community can be?

If any of the examples could be considered sexualized, it would maybe be Nowi, but even still she's not as bad as a lot of other examples. And yes, people can, will and have sexualized characters like these before. This is a (disturbingly) common trope in Japanese media, not just FE. Compared to most other media, the trope is actually played rather tamely in FE. Just be thankful for that.
