I have 1 year in the Game and never intereses got rank 20 (in the past). When introduce the rank 21 I thinked oh is possible got rank 20 ,uff now inclusive hard got rank 19(in my opinión) and now. how I can got rank 20 in the arena?
In the assault I'm conformes whit rank 10000-20000

Well, how many merges do they each have? Are they all using Aether/Galeforce? What about dual rallies? Etc. You pretty much need a decent number of merges and also a bunch of expensive skills on them. I'm not entirely FTP, and I hover at T19.5, but I know a bunch of FTP guys who are in T20 and 21 consistently.
Do you have any merges on Effie? I think to get to Tier 20 you need at least some merges and expensive skills on your units. Sheena, Draug, Gwendolyn and Effie are the best for this purpose because they are available at 3 and 4 stars. I think a +2 Black Knight would also be great (Because you get 3 for free and you can buy one) He also has a personal weapon and a personal Special. Basically if you want to reach Tier 20 build up Effie and Sheena alongside Black Knight and then hope you have the bonus unit 5 stared and built up (or use the Askr trio)
Definitely, like some of the others are saying you need the following:
3 arena core units at +10 (or close to, also you don’t need them to be armor or anything, you can make tier 20 with Infantry, Fliers, or even Cav if they are built properly)
Expensive skills (check out arcticsilverfox.com and play around with the arena scoring calculator)
Dual Rally assist on all 3 arena core members
Really, that’s about all you need. That, and of course try to kill as many enemies (if possible, all) with your bonus unit to score higher
It is very possible to hover in between Tier 20 and Tier 21 as F2P. (I've been able to do so.) It takes a lot of merges on your Arena core units, high SP cost skills, and feeding kills to the bonus unit every week. From my experience, you need at least 732 score base, with +9 or +12 extra score from bonus unit kills, to make it into Tier 21 (not stay, though).
Effie is a really good unit to invest in, and I highly encourage that you do so. In general, Armor and Dragons are great since they naturally have high BST. If you are willing to pull for / fodder Lagejarn and Helbindi for the Duel Skills, then any Red Flier and / or Green Infantry units would work.

I usually aim for 732 or higher because I rather not have to get all of the kills on the bonus each time. (730+12 is only slightly better than 732+9, but it could take much more effort to secure all 4 kills--at least, that's how I reason.)
