Possible to fuse Narcien

I am an idiot and deleted a Narcien when I didn't really understand how the game works. I now have one at level 40 but cant fuse him to get to 40+ . Does anyone know if there are future plans that may allow us to collect more of these heroes so that I can level up one of my favorite characters?

No there isn't sadly and I was foolish enough to send him home when I was still new to the game and he's the only grand hero I don't have.

I don't have him either (the time i tried to get him i only have bad units)
I Think i would be a great idea If they make on the end of year a retrospective with all grand heroes battles,give to us a 2* version of Every hero released so far

Honestly I was on a need for feathers and sent him home also but I mean I wouldn't ever really use him anyways.. I'm glad you said this though cuz I'm fighting to urges to send Ursula and Robin (F) home as well just bc I know it'll be impossible to get them again
