A possible Fjorm meta build?

So a small I was leveling her I thought to myself, "wot y u tak suh lil damage?" So I kept on thinking... would giving wouldn't giving Fjorm Life and Death for A, and Close Defense for S make her a pure range counter? If not than I will prob give her fury for A... Wot U Tink?
