Raven is a unit that doesn't care too much about IVs because his attack and speed stats can go up so high. Even a Raven with an attack bane could reach super high attack numbers.

A boon in attack or speed is better, true, but any IV set could work.

Just try not get one that's a speed bane.

Definitely try and get a +Atk or +Spd Raven. You can promote it if it's only at 4*, since it'll really be worth it. Raven takes a fair amount of investment, and when it comes down to it, high-investment heroes want to be top notch. That way, once you finish building them, you don't have to worry about them again until you start to try and merge more.

Definitely hang onto him to build. A skill combo of Fury and his LnD Basilikos refinement makes for one mean battler. +8 atk and spd for -2 def and res, along with an easier time getting into Desperation Range. I haven't done the math, but I think he's able to get one of, if not the highest, atk stat(outside buffs and spurs), and pretty damn high on the speed tier as well.
