I was mostly just joking when I said that, xD.

For her weapon, it mostly depends on what you want her to do. Her most used Lances are probably Berkut (for tanking) and Brave (for more offense).

Berkut's is more annoying to deal with if on a Defense team, along with DC (if you happen to have it). It's really difficult to oneshot her, thanks to Warry Fighter...and she can just Panic Ploy people, anyway. As an offensive player, your best bet is Firesweep + Bold. It's what I'm using, and she's ridiculous.
