Poison Dagger+ on Summer Frederick?

Is poison dagger+ worth replacing Frederick's seashell+? I'm planning on making a desperation build with my +spd: -hp Frederick and im wondering which weapon would be better. I don't want to waste 20000 feathers on Kagero in case it doesn't work out.

Is it a bad Kagero? S!Freddie doesn't have the same offensive stats as her, but with +spd he has 2 more than her. That 3 less attack hurts him though, and I don't know if its enough to carry a 5 might weapon... but it could work w/ Death Blow (He would still have around 30 ORKOs less).

I understand that Frederick is sexy af, but Kagero also has a pair of...weapons. She's also arguably a bit better than Frederick in what she does and it's also better to just keep both of them because they both might be useful in different situations.
