Plus Speed but minus Attack Cordelia

It's certainly not optimal as you need her strength. But, can I use it? And how would I deal with skill inheritance if she is?

She would need Life and Death to function properly with a Brave Lance to make up for the missing Attack stat as well as hitting a solid 38 Speed. If you decide to go with full Skill Inheritance, Firesweep Lance is a good alternative.

Do I need L&D3 or will L&D2 suffice? And I have bad IV Rody for FiresweepL+ fodder(he came at 5*). What would be a good build for Cordelia with FiresweepL+?
