Please critique my Soren build

Soren is my favorite fire emblem heroes, I’ve been trying to min-max him as much as possible, I jave enough feathers to +10 him (just need the copies) I’m looking for an -hp + spd one since I want him to counter brave lyn and reinhardt, that’s why Im debating if I should gove him gronowl, keen gronwolf (since mulagir ignores bonuses gronblade bonuses dont apply making Soren die easily to her) that’s why I have mainly decided on gronowl ( I plan to bond him with a +5 neutral you g Ike or Ike vanguard legend , I have one that is -hp + res, hoping Ike wins the contest so I can grab a neutral one).

Gronowl near an S bonded unit gives +4 atk/spd/def/res and mulagir can’t prevent this unlike gronblade bonuses)

I face so many Bravy Lyn and Reinhardt combos in the arena, dragons don’t scare me that much at all since they tend to be crazy when attacked, but when you have a horse unit that can cross half the map on its own and threatens to ORKO you, that’s when it gets scary!

I know Nino is slightly better since she gets +spd over Soren, I even have enough copies for a merge for her, (best nature I have is -hp + spd) but like I said, Soren is my favorite unit and I want to make him as good as I can!

Gronnowl could work, but you could also do Gronnraven TA. With Gronnowl you could do Atk/Res Bond.

I say it looks good, but a raven build may be stronger for meta kills AKA the cure to cancer emblem if you do plan to use this build in arena play.

Soren's defense is pretty poor and with Muligar's debuffing (or buff-nulliing?) effect, it's hard to convert him into an effective counter; he won't survive it, and he DEFINITELY won't survive Firesweep Lyn or Bravebow Lyn. He's my favorite too, and I've built him like 8 different ways (I'm only at +4 for him tho)

A +10Soren with Rexcaliber+(unrefined) and bowbreaker can BARELY survive a +10B!Lyn (Muligar) on bait. Deflect Missile 3 will give you a similar result, but you'll still lose to her with Gronraven.

Gronowl+ with MOONBOW or GLIMMER AND an S-support beside will let you survive on bait, but with any other special or support (even one space away) won't cut it. Summoner support would also work.

What you REALLY want if you want a mounted archer counter, is Keen Gronnwolf+. I think F!Robin's GHB is coming up soon, so you'll have free fodder for that.

I'm thinking you'd be better with:
Keen Gronwolf+Eff, Moonbow/Glimmer, Fury/DeathBlow, Desperation/BowBreaker, any C slot, and ATK+3/SPD+3/QP.

(Current favorite build on Soren(+SPD-DEF) is, Rexcaliber+SPD, Aether, Swift Sparrow, Desperation, Drive Speed, Atk+3)

...I have also realized that the only other inheritable green tome my soren doesn't have is Gronwolf and that needs to be rectified immediately.

As I was writing my initial post I totally forgot about keen gronwolf, I mentioned in passing, you recommend + eff but I lean towards +spd, he can reach 50 speed (unbuffed), all I would have to do is have Lyn get as close as possible to soren and then let the wolves eat her! Soren eats Rein for breakfast so I can lure him and kill him! +eff or +spd Im still undecided!

Edit: also have like 3 female robins lying around gathering dust so no problem there, now i need more Soren copies and the IV I want! -hp +spd

Hmm I'm not sure. I don't think the +Eff actually gives him an edge, so you could probably get away with the +spd. I think it depends on what seal you want to give him though. A +3spd seal with the +eff would be really cool, but if you refine for speed you could give him a +atk seal instead. Depends on how often you encounter horse emblem, as +eff would destroy a gronnblade cecilia. :D

BTW I also supported him with VL!Ike and gave him the earth blessing. Bonus +2 atk? I THINK SO! >:D
