Wanted Flora but she came instead, she is +spd -hp, and I wanna know what I can do with her A and C skill (no fury, no Hinatas for months)

but IMO with c skill go with a ploy(either atk or def), with A skill Anything that is related to spd and res IMO.(the video will explain further)

I would definitely use her. Her Atk isn't great, so go for Atk/Spd Push or Swift Sparrow or something, along with Atk+ or Def Ploy seal. If you don't have expensive fodder like that, a budget build would work fantastic. 40 speed and decent attack is not something to fodder away.

Never planned to fodder her, I don't really use link skills because she's my first and I'm not going to scoff at good IVs. She'll work as a bonus unit for arena if I don't get the Muspell units when they are available (who knows when)

Her Shining Bow is what you would want to fodder. There are some archers who want that bad boy. But, no, don't fodder her off. Those are probably the ivs would want.

It's like having Setsuna with more atk, I guess? So anything that works on Setsuna probably works on her.
