Pity broken....AGAIN (v1.1)

Title says it all?

Was going for a Winter Ephraim, as I don't have a bonus unit and can salvage him by foddering his Bold Fighter to my H!Jakob after TT ended. F!Morgan broke my 5.25 pity rate this time... Please, 2019, please.

Anyway, her IV's are decent, even though they are the exact same as the F!Morgan who pity broke me a couple weeks ago; +res-def.

Question is, how to build? I guess magic tank is fine. Her base kit, along with refined Blarserpent, gives her 48 resistance on enemy phase versus ranged attackers (that's without factoring in Atk Ploy). I was thinking QR in the B slot and Speed Ploy as the Seal. This allows her to avoid doubles from anything with 38 speed or less. And probably just Iceberg as the special? Glacies 4-turn cooldown seems clunky, because if she does not get doubled, she won't have her special ready for the follow up fight. And Iceberg will still hit for 20 damage..

Second question; I have no intention of merging her to +1. So I want to fodder off both Blarserpent and Guard 3 to another hero. Whom would you suggest?

Thanks a lot!

Blarserpent > Guard fodder imo. Only F!Morgan carries it as opposed to Guard which can be found on 4 star heroes and can be promoted for 20k feathers.

You can do both to a single unit:
First give guard 1 and 2
And then Blarserpent (normal and +) together with guard 3.

A few options I mentioned could make use out of both

For fodder, you're gonna have to look for blue mages with workable mixed bulk.

La!Lyn is one, but I'm betting you might not have her.

One wierd option is Reinhardt. He's got great def alongside workable res, is easy to merge and being a horse can make positioning and buffing a cakewalk.
If you give him a QR seal, he works well with that guard.

Another wierd option is Olivier, while is stats aren't the greatest, his res is amazing and his def workable. Again he's also a unit that really likes guard as well.

Gotta mention that if you ever have a spare steady stance 4, both of em are amazing for it.

Female Morgan has the niche of being great for mage baiting, a role that's pretty rare among fliers. So I'd focus everything on bait 'n kill.
Her seal can either be a ploy or the fierce stance from the TT that we have now.

Thanks for all comments!

I actually looked at Reinhardt, but as an F2P, it is kind of wasteful to make such a gimmicky build that's so expensive. Maybe later, though.
