Pity broken....AGAIN

Although, I'm not totally sad.

This is the 5th time I get pity broken out of the last eight 5 stars I summoned. I hope 2019 treats me a little better.

That being said, this time I got pity broken on the Hero Bait banner by Kliff. there are upsides - I think fortress Def/Res is broken af. But, Kliff might actually be viable/fun to use?

He's -Atk+Def, which would normally be awful. however, it should be very easy to activate his weapon effect now. And he reaches 42/39 def/res with his base kit and Sagittae active. Sounds like a pretty juicy Ignis to me! Also, Flashing Blade along with his great speed (42 with the effect) will make activating Bonfire/Ignis quite easy.

Any users of Kliff care to comment? Ideas for foddering Fortress def/res are also welcome!

Don't you EVER dear to think of foddering 3rd best boi off or I'll haunt you, even in your dreams.

Kliff is the single best unit when it comes to non-armored tanks.
I myself have a -Atk +Res Kliff and I can say for sure that he's really good.

*This's only my opinion. Everyone can think what every they want about him.*

Hehe, I actually reall like his concept as a hero, definitely one of the more interesting characters in this game. I also really like using tanks, so there's that.

I will try using him, but if an amazing unit comes along that really needs his A skill, then I can't promise anything :)

Any build considerations?

Not really a recommendation, but this is my Kliff.

It mostly depents on how your team looks like and build him around it.

I don't have Kliff but I took a pretty careful look at him when he came out. I find that the atk stat is pretty sensitive because guaranteeing that Sagittae's effect activates using -atk means he tends not to hit hard enough, and it's finnicky because of various sources of stat inflation on either side - bonus unit boosts, fortress level differences, GC upper infernal, GC infantry round bonus stats, etc.

I probably prefer just to fodder, but I think fielding him is a fine play. You might like to see this

That's an amazingly detailed post, thanks! Went through it all, and my conclusion is that i will try Kliff out for now. Gave him Ignis and Flashing Blade SS, so I'll see how it goes. And I don't have a really great fit for Fortress DefRes 3 yet anyway, so there's that.
