I'd be supprised if she makes it till the end of book III.

Interesting that both king and queen has a visible weapon. Got a feeling they may become undead puppets for Hel.

But I suppose it's rare to have a fire emblem main character with two alive parants and a sister for at least part of the story

That crossed my mind as well. I was like, "That Lif guy doesn't look UNlike Alphonse." Then they said he's his ancestor, so maybe that's enough to explain it.
