Phantom Spd 1. What can it be used for?

It looks like it won't help you double anybody, but it could keep you from getting windswept or waterswept.

Maybe you can avoid being doubled as well ?
If that's the case that's one strong seal.

I don't think it can be used like this. Its description says it only works if a skill compares the speed stats.

Widsweep and Watersweep seem to be all it's good for. If any of the 'ploy' skills use a speed stat comparison in the future then it could improve those as well.
