+Def, -HP is what I used to see on most Nowi builds before L!Tiki became a thing.

Regular Lissa? 🤔 Don't know but probably +Atk for heals?

On Lissa depends on the build I think, and I'm not an expert on healers but +def -HP or possibly -spd looks pretty good.

Nowi I'm not convinced is a good merge project right now. The best IV used to be +def -spd for arena (because bold fighter is common so she needs to use guard anyways) and +spd -HP for PvE. I'd say +spd -HP is still best for PvE, and buff her spd if you can. But neutral L.Tiki has slightly more in all four stats than Nowi+7 on that IV, and her breath is anti-dragon which tends to cover the lower res a bit, and her C-skill is amazing, and she can use special fighter. So instead of spending 180k feathers (because Nowi probably wants QR, so 160k to promote 8 copies and another 20k for QR) and 100-200 orbs for a breath skill, probably better is to spend 200-ish orbs to get Tiki (possibly less) and two other 5* if you end up spending that many orbs to get her, and use those 100-200 orbs to get her special fighter. 180k feathers is almost two months' worth of feathers, whereas 200 orbs isn't even one month's worth of orbs.
