Perfect mage team for Aether?

How you could pass this team? And this field?
Nino has 2 savages blows with desperation near thunder floor, and Every Time an Archer Tries to shot her, but with purple tile negating atk.

This Reinhardt has lancebreaker + fury + brazen atk/res seal

Julius has distant defense, sword breaker, and that Seal with +5atk/Def If near you.

The another Green mage is a desaster, dont use Ike to block him, experienced this twice.
