P!Azura +Hp/-Atk and +Def/-Res. Which one?

I'm leaning with +Hp/-Atk since HP boon is +4 and Res bane is -4. Any thoughts?

About superboons/banes: BST are divided into brackets of 5 starting from 0/5. If you take the +HP superboon, you'll go up a tier of BST rating.

Honestly, I'd take +HP for the sole fact that IVs don't matter much at all on a dancer, so may as well get whatever rises you to new heights, right?

In terms of efficiency, however, +Def/-Res is slightly worse than Neutral, but wins because +Hp/-Atk is worse. So decide: Infinitesimally more efficient, or 1-2 points better Arena rating?

Thanks so much for the in depth explanation. I think I'm gonna take the +HP as well. She's seeing combat pretty rarely on my teams so the arena score seems better.
