I pulled a +res -def P!Azura is she good and if so what are some builds?

That's good. She's already high in Resistance so with the boon, she'll be tanking so many hits.
Here's a build for you:
Weapon: Uror
Support Skill: Sing
Special Skill: Glacies or Iceberg (Glacies is like Ignis instead of using 80% of her Defense, she'll be using 80% of her Resistance and with the Resistance boon, she'll be hitting hard)
Passive Skills: Death Blow/Darting Blow 3, Escape Route 3/Vantage 3, Drive Resistance 2 with the Quickened Pulse seal.
Quickened Pulse will make her proc Glacies earlier and Escape Route will allow her to get out of sticky situations.

this is a good build.. but be aware that if u want to use azura as a rein killer, you might want to consider putting distant counter on her allowing her to kill rein in arena when he attacks you.
