Parity or Nihil Skills in future?

This is just a fun thought experiment. Parity and Nihil are both skills I've wondered if IS might add to the game in the future. As I think about them, I think they might be really interesting additions to counter many popular strategies in the meta. What do you think of these ideas?
Parity (A Slot): "During combat, unit and foe's buffs (from Hone and Spur skills) are ignored."
Nihil (B Slot): "During combat, unit and foe's skills that negate or guarantee follow-up attacks are ignored."
And the skills might be upgraded from level 1 through 3 and scale with HP thresholds (HP = 100% for level 1, HP = 50% for level 2, and no threshold for level 3). Do you think these might be good additions?
Edit: Just clarified the skill descriptions for clarity.

Parity is a basically a different version of Dull Ranged,

And Nihil is Wary Fighter.

Parity is different than you might think. It also ignores soft buffs from things like Drive skills, Spur and Ward skills, and things like Swift Sparrow and the like. That may be too good, but maybe it could ignore these soft buffs and not Hone/Fortify types of buffs?
And Nihil ignores the effect of Wary Fighter, in addition to things like Quick Riposte, etc. So follow-ups would only be calculated by speed stat.
