Palla? & Flyer Emblem

I have over 50,000 feathers as lack of good IVs keep me from promoting, I wanted to know if a 4* +SPD - HP Palla was worth the promotion? And who besides Michalis is the best Iote's Shield user on a Flyer Emblem team? Thanks in advance!

She can be a nice candidate for Lote's shield and because of her nice balanced stats, she can have some good potential. Giving her life and death should suffice if you don't plan on giving her Lote's shield. Since her lowered HP pool might take too much damage from Fury 3. B slot you may keep her Wings of Mercy but if you plan on keeping Ruby sword on her, use swordbreaker so she out trades them.

Spring Camilla's high Defense combos well with Iote's shield to use as bait for archers. With the right supports, she might even be able to counter-OHKO them.

Caeda is superior to Palla, but if you need her for balance, then by all means use her. She should serve more a support role, though, giving more valuable units her Goad Flier buff. Spring Camilla wants Iote's Shield more than anyone, but if you don't have her, I'd give it to Hinoka, as her Hone Flier Buff is not only better, but she's a better unit in general, not to mention a better unit for the current meta.

Cordelia, Hinoka, Spring Camilla, and Caeda are, imo, the best for a flier team, with Spring Camilla taking Palla's Goad Fliers so that you've got all fliers buffs on a single team. I honestly wouldn't make a flier team without at least Goad and Hone available. Spring Camilla is also pretty important for her range and magic damage, though you could probably still build one without her.

Aside from S-Camilla, Beruka and Subaki are also good candidates to inherit Iote Shield because of their high defense. They would fulfill their roles as physical tanks more with the skill.

Your Palla is good if you don't have a Caeda or have her with bad IV (-ATK) and are looking for an anti-green.
