PA!Azura IV help

I got several PA!Azuras and her best IVs are +Atk/-Def or +Spd/-Atk. Which one should I merge her to? I know her Spd is most important stat but what about the -Atk? ._.

Go for -Atk, she doesnt need to fight.
Thats a very good IV for maintain her bulk intact.

-atk = 29+16 atk = 45atk. If you use TA, it scales to 63 atk, which is probably enough to make most slow Nowis cry. You would even ORKO B.Hector with a moonbow unless he has +def or buffs (which he very well might), in which case she would need a buff.

She doesn't need to fight often anyways. I think -atk is the way to go.
