Definitely too low imo. With just a poison dagger she'd have 30 Atk, so against infantries it would raise to 45 Atk. If you want to invest a poison dagger+ and L&D 3 she'd go to 38 Atk, so 57 vs infantries, which is good, especially since her magical soak would still be 57 and she'd have 39 speed. Basically Poison Dagger+ and atk investment in the A slot would be good, otherwise her attack would be too low to use it even as chip and debuff.
