P! Olivia +res/-spd builds?

How would you personally build Olivia with these Ivs?

I'm considering :
1.
Dancer's fan
Iceberg
Distant Def 3
Blaze Dance
Hone Spd

or

2.
Dancers fan
Iceberg
Spd + 3
Blaze Dance / Wom 3
Hone Spd 3 / BoL3

the second set aims to patch up her poor SPD but not sure which skill is better on her.

open to suggestions

I'd say keep distant defense just make sure she doesnt get doubled.

I tested Iceberg on mine which is what every build suggests for her, and I didnt like much the results so I switched to Glacias and it feels like it is much better for her, her dmg is not really good enough.

For my olivia i was going to build her as a healer or buffer.
Dancers fan/Poison Dagger
Rally Def/Res/Ardent Sacrifice
Glacies
Distant Def
Wings of mercy
Hone Spd/breath of life
Breath of Life seal
With those skills she could heal if she needs to or if im running her in single battles i can make her a buffer unit.
Then i could pair her with P!Azura to have her get a stat buff.
