P! Olivia

I have an extra P! Olivia(+hp-def). My other one is +spd-def. Should I merge or fodder distant def/ blaze dance off. If I should fodder, who do I fodder to?

Do you plan to use her a lot in PvP settings?

If so, merge.

If you will use her a lot, I’d still say merge.

If your use of her will be sparingly at best, foddering is acceptable. The choice as to who receives her gifts would depend on what you had available.

I mostly use the two green azuras, so I wouldn't say I use her a lot. Who wants DD the most? Could you provide a list, and if I have any of them, I can narrow the list down.

If you have a distant counter weapon unit that has trouble with ranged units give DD to them, otherwise it depends on the build of the unit.
I would put DD on a unit who has skills that require being above a certain health range, such as QR.
I don't have any specifics but hope this helps.
