So i got three owains in the same circle

-hp +res
-spd +hp
And i wanna see what he can do up to my -res + atk ayra and if hes worth me making him my lead unit and summoner support
I haven't run any tests, but isn't Ayra still 'better' due to Regnal Astra?
As far as your lead and Summoner Support, that's really up to you. The lead unit isn't something that a lot of people really think too hard about and Summoner Support can mean different things depending on who you ask.
I guess that will depend mostly on the build. If we are talking about the classic one-shot Ayra (slaying edge + regnal astra + wrath) vs Owain (missiletain + blue flame + wrath) and if Owain meets the positioning requirement, then they both require to get hit once in order to retaliate with a special trigger, which will always end up with Owain dealing more damage (around 18 dmg for regnal astra + 25 of blue flame).
The only difference is that after that first encounter, Ayra has her special permanently ready, thanks to wrath and the reduction from slaying edge, whereas Owain will have it at 1 charge, so it is possible to say that Ayra will actually be better in this regard.
In my opinion Ayra is better on the hands of the AI while Owain is better in the hands of the player.
They have almost identical stats, but Ayra has Regal Astra which will deal more dmg than Blue flame as the AI is not smart enought to position the character in a way that they have someone adjacent, Blue flame is only good in the hands of the player
