Owain can be a really good Enemy Phase unit.

Check that out. 10 or 25 FLAT DAMAGE on Blue Flame. And a 3 cooldown special isn't bad, especially if he has built-in Steady Breath (gaining +1 charge per foe's attack), meaning he can really abuse his special differently.

Give him Quickened Pulse and either of the Pulse supports and watch him burn.

Owain's just busted. Period.

Normal Damage + 5atk from his bond skill + 25 from special + 10 from Wrath = Normal Damage + 35 Flat Damage.

He just needs Distant Counter!

-1 special charge from Missiletiann, so it has 2 charge, use Special Spiral, then GG

Yup

I don't think Special Spiral would be necessary because the charge +1 for Missiletiann

What gets me is now we have a new fortress skill doing +6 def/res and only a -2 to atk. Way better than the current fortress skills we have so far!
