Owain -atk +spd seems pretty viable

I mean he is all about triggering blue flame and Wrath active anyway. What do you think? Do I need to patch up his attack with a sacred seal or go all out on speed?

Depends on what his ending stats are. Having a lot of speed can help, but too much speed can be fairly useless in a lot of situations.

Hed prefer close def or qr with his default a skill tbh. Maybe even a an atk smoke or spd smoke.

unfortunately blue flame just adds to attack, its not bonus damage, so you need to have attack too
