Owain and Lewyn Pulls

Hey all, just got Owain and Lewyn in the same summon session, so honestly i think i've deserved the IVs I got
Owain has +DEF -SPD, and Lewyn has +DEF -RES.
Obviously Lewyn's IVs are kind of irrelevant, but i was wondering if either of them would still be able to be viable/built?

My Lewyn is also offensive neutral (-def +res though) and he's still amazing, so I think you can still build him. Especially since he should always have his special up after one encounter, so he doesn't need his defenses as much.

A -spd Owain can still reach 40 spd with a Wave or Tactic skill on his team, or use the Darting Stance or QR seal if you want him for enemy phase. It's not ideal but if it were me, I'd rather use a unit with bad IVs than not use them at all.
