Outdated Nowi

So a while back, I pulled a 5* Nowi with +Spd -Res. I ran her with this build, but now weapon refinery, Brave Ike, and all that other crazy stuff is out. Is this set still viable, or should I start finding other ways to run Nowi?

This was the exact same build I ran.

I just refined her breath and stuck quick reposte 2 on her, works wonders.

Shame about the lancebreaker 3 waste though.

Funny story, back when Oscar wasn't a thing, i had to sacrifice my free 4* Narcian, but i accidentally only clicked Lancebreaker 1. So i had to train and promote my 2* Narcian.

Also my refined breath is +Spd

The set still works. I would consider switching out Lancebreaker 3 to Quick Riposte(3rd level if you can for arena score, 2nd level is cheaper and works almost as well). You could also change it to bowbreaker if you need help dealing with Brave Lyn. I am not the biggest fan of threatens(seems mostly useless to me as there should almost never be an enemy within 2 spaces of you at the start of your turn), but it is up to you. I would consider either panic ploy, a drive skill(spd or res now come on 4* units), or even just hone/fortify depending on what you need for the team.
The other common build for nowi is steady breath/quick riposte/aether combo for a really good enemy phase Nowi.
There is a kind of fringe build you can do since yours is +spd, but it requires 2 5*(potentially 3 in Hector, Fae/Ninian, and Alm/Joshua).
Light Breath+(+spd)/Reposition/Aether(bonfire)/Distant Counter/Windsweep/C skill of your choice. Gives a relatively free +5 to all stats and those within 2 spaces of Nowi.

I might give QR to her once I pull another Subaki, but her speed is really amped up, with her +Spd Boon, Speed +3 Sacred Seal, and Spd Forged Lightning Breath.

Also, i'm really low on fodders, so I would be torn whether to give QR to my Joshua or to Nowi. Any suggestions?

Mine is plus speed and I run her with fury, vantage, summoner support and a speed refined weapon - shes amazing and can tank and destroy Reinhardt, brave lyn and a huge number of other common units
