Options for Upgrade Cherche and Weapon

Worth it to upgrade a 4* Cherche +ATK -RES or save the Feathers for another Heroe** and merge it to +5, I have the copies.

Also, is necessary a Brave Axe+/Brave Lance+ or with Brave Axe/Brave Lance is enough if is going to be used with Cherche and Effie

I would go for cherche or camus. Brave axe is ok, but + just gives you even more damage and kills. I suggest only upgrading cherche if you have death blow ready too. Otherwise, Camus may be the better investment.

a 4 star cherche merged multiple times is actually a good idea. She needs to inherit brave axe anyway and if you have multiple 4 star cherche, you can have a 4 star merged cherche that is as powerful and cheaper than a 5 star one.

Having 5 starred my +ATK/-SPD Cherche myself, I second this. In the long-run it'd end up being a stronger Cherche as merging 10 Cherche's would, at worst, require 20k feathers but it'd end up being the equivalent of a +4 or +5 5* Cherche.

I actually want to recommend focusing on your Setsuna though... a Quadsuna is still incredibly nice to have. Expensive, but it feels amazing. She's expensive because, optimally, she wants the following:

4* +10

Brave Bow (+) OR Firesweep Bow (+):
The non-(+) version of Brave Bow would REALLY affect her kills, try not to skimp out on this. Firesweep Bow (+) would have her at 46 ATT/47 SPD and gives her... utility vs. units she can't ORKO like Hector, which actually, you CAN ORKO if you're running an Attack Seal and Brave Bow (+).

Ardent Sacrifice:
To get her into Desperation HP and completely maul about everything she fights.

Life & Death 3: Same as Brave Bow (+).

Desperation 3:
Let's her fire off her 4 shots consecutively, without fear of being counter one-shotted. Obviously you want this on an insanely speedy unit... 42 or 43 speed with the seal on our ol' Setsuna here is pretty damn speedy.

Threaten Speed/Defense (preferably Def. w/ your IV):
You can actually run just about anything here but these two ensure more kills for her, optimally though, you want to run these skills on Frontline baiters like Ike, Hector, Nowi, etc.

Luna:
With most Brave weapon users you want to run a 3 turn Special because you charge half of it on one initiation, and on the second initiation you can often KO units that you wouldn't normally be able to without them. Like Hector. Also, because of her insane speed and even more so when running Desperation, the 4 shots from Setsuna guarantee a Luna every time.

The screenshot shows her match-ups against all 5* units w/ Fury 3 and Setsuna with no seal. It's glorious.
