Optimizing Morgan (M) and his team

I have a Male Morgan that I've stacked with all sorts of sets, as he is my favorite unit in my game, so I was wondering which set I should use and who I should pair it with.

M!Morgan LV. 40+1 (+Spd, -Res)
Weapon: Grima's Truth, Rauorblade+
Support: Reposition
Special: Moonbow, Glimmer, Dragon Fang
Passive A: Swift Sparrow 2, Fury 2
Passive B: Desperation 3, Dull Ranged 3
Passive C: Spur Def/Res 2
Sacred Seal: Basically anything

and for a basic summary of my units:

Good nature: Ayra*, Ryoma, Black Knight, Eldigian, Xander*, Y!Tiki, Ephraim*, Azura*, Tana*, Ninian, Bunny Lucina, BB!Ninian*, Brave Ike*, Bunny Chrom, Hector*, Minerva, Camilla, Fae, Nino, BB!Coredelia, Kagero

Mediocre nature: Marth, Eirika, Lucina, Cain, Swordhardt, Legendary Ike*, Canas, Fjorm, Lukas, Hinoka, Linde, M!Robin, Reinhardt*, F!Morgan*, Sheena, Boey, PA!Inigo* Lachesis, Sakura

Bad nature: Karel, Karla, PA!Shigure, Bunny Camila

Any help in building a team around Morgan or Morgan himself is appreciated, and you can even recommend units I don't have if you so please. Thanks in advance for any help I do appreciate it.

I'd personally keep his Grima's Truth tome. I find bladetome units boring, and the idea of using him as more of a support unit is more appealing to me.

For the skills, I'd go with Fury, Desperation, Drive Spd (or in your case, Spur Def/Res 2), and a Speed +3 seal (or Drive Atk or Drive Def for more support).

For his teammates, I'd go with Eirika (pairs well with his Grima's Truth since her Sieglinde effect is an invisible buff), Lukas (more tanking), and PA!Inigo (dancing) or Lachesis/Sakura (healing + AoE damage).

Hector or Brave Ike to tank blue units, a dancer to help take advantage of Grima's Truth effect, and BB! Cordelia if she has Brave Bow or Firesweep Bow. If she doesn't, Ephraim can be a Rauorblade buff bot
