Opinions on summoning new banner?
Personally, I am skipping. Yes, null follow up is broken, yes, Rally At/Spd+ is extreme powercreep, and yes, Camilla's tome is disgusting. But eh, their other skills are okay and I'm saving up for merges and not new heroes (though I really like getting new heroes). Easy +12 orbs and however many TT+ gives me. Also, free Azura! :D

Yep, feeling pretty much the same for me. It was looking good. The Corrins were getting proper normal pool alts(though a tad creepy on F's case and rib ripping hilarious on M's case). Mikoto got added to the pool, was actually kind of expecting a Sumeragi GHB but free Azura from TT is cool. Camilla....if she didn't have Atk/Res Bond and wasn't red...or just didn't exist, then I'd say it was a pretty good banner trailer...

Nothing seemed broken to me, sure, the Null Followup is cool, but its like hardy bearing, are people REALLY going to use it in place of a better, more powerful B skill? Camilla's tome will be replaced with a blade by most people, as they would rather have +30 atk than +12.
The best thing I would pull for is the rally Atk/Spd+, as it will be the highest scoring command in the game.
I'm just excited for a free Azura, Hoping for an armored dancer, but that might be asking for much.

First of all, hardy bearing has nothing to do with number of follow-ups, only the order of attacks. It blocks desperation and vantage; QR, breakers, bold fighter, everything still follows up, just that you can't hit twice in a row for being in low HP.
Second, null follow-up does not block opponent's spd doubles (or natural doubles they are sometimes called). It only blocks opponent skills related to follow-ups, which actually makes it an anti-omnibreaker because it blocks wary fighter and both their QRs.

Null follow-up is anything but broken. It's not even the preferred B-skill for over 90% of units including glass cannons and slow tanks. Debuffers previously dependent on sweeps might like it, and fast tanks might want it against bold fighters, Flora, and breakers, and I think that's it. (Dragon tanks might also like it against L.Marth, especially blue dragons, because it will cancel his forced double so that spd can deny his double, and it will also cancel his ability to block all follow-ups from dragons, so that they can now double if they can find the spd, which blue M.Corrin might well be able to do.)
What null follow-up does is force people to play by the rules of spd, which is actually a huge rebalancing act in the game. if you don't have spd, you don't get to double for free. That's how the game naturally works; that's how the game achieves balance because you have to choose between defensive stats, atk, and spd. Bold fighter was breaking the game because you could throw your spd completely out the window and still double. QR is really powerful, but at least its HP requirement is stringent. But now we're back to traditional spd contests.
